Our team at Talent Bridge Finland believes in using AI to accelerate the integration of immigrants.
This is the main reason why Aisha and I have invested in building an AI chatbot called SUSAN.fi that can speed up the integration process of immigrants into Finnish society.
WHAT’s IN OUR REPORT

(Soon) We will be presenting a report to Members of European Parliament on our findings on how to speed up immigrants’ integration
In the report we will be discussing how our Riihimäen kaupunki – City of Riihimäki took the lead and organized a testbed for at the Defence Innovation Network Finland (DEFINE)
Our report has multiple contributors, and you will be able to read their entire reviews.
We know how difficult it is to move to Finland
When we moved, we had so many questions about
– DVV and police IDs
– Housing
– Schooling
– Healthcare
– Asian groceries
– Winter clothing
… and the list went on
Now that Aisha and I are well settled in this beautiful country, we wanted to make it easier for other immigrants to integrate and begin their journey
So through the leadership of Jouni Eho and his team we launched an AI Chatbot service for immigrants called SUSAN.fi and we tested it out with 71 immigrants in Riihimäen kaupunki – City of Riihimäki, at the Defence Innovation Network Finland (DEFINE)
The majority of the students were from Häme University of Applied Sciences, HAMK

SUSAN is supposed to be an addition to any city’s integration services, because it provides an added layer of on-demand communication
WHY DID WE CREATE SUSAN?

Aisha and I launched SUSAN to help cities become more competitive and increase their economic activity. We can do this successfully by providing the right information at the right time to residents and help them move ahead.

Dr Vella was instrumental in launching 5 pilot projects where we taught hashtagAI in 3 schools
